Calibra Life Sterilised Wet Cat Food is a complete wet food that is based on a single type of protein; the recipe is formulated with a limited number of ingredients. The canned food formula is grain- and gluten-free, which has a positive effect on the food's easy digestibility. The recipe is carefully calorically balanced – containing only 100% defined ingredients of the highest quality.
The recipe includes essential taurine, which is particularly important for visual function and to support heart function. Cats cannot produce it on their own, and therefore must receive it as a supplement.
The recipe also contains salmon oil as a source of Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA, DHA), necessary for brain development and function, and to support the physiological functioning of the skin and coat and the quality thereof. Omega-3 also has anti-inflammatory properties.
Cranberry leaves are rich in phenolic compounds with antioxidant properties. They have diuretic and antimicrobial properties that help in avoiding urinary tract disorders.
