Calibra Life Kitten Wet Cat Food is a complete wet food based on a single type of protein; the recipe is formulated with a limited number of ingredients. The canned food formula is grain and gluten-free, which has a positive effect on the food's easy digestibility. It contains only 100% defined ingredients of the highest quality. 

The recipe includes essential taurine, which is particularly important for visual function and to support heart function. Cats cannot produce it on their own, and therefore must receive it as a supplement.

The recipe also contains dried Schizochytrium limacinum seaweed, which is a source of DHA Omega-3 fatty acid, which contributes to normal brain function, and salmon oil as a source of Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA, DHA), necessary for brain development and function, and to support the physiological functioning of the skin and coat and the quality thereof. Omega-3 also has anti-inflammatory properties.
