James Wellbeloved Cat Hairball Formula is ideal for adult cats that are prone to hairball problems. Hairballs are formed when hair swallowed by your cat during grooming accumulates in the stomach and cannot pass on to the next part of the digestive system and because your cat cannot get rid of the hair in the normal way, he or she has to vomit it out. This Hairball formula contains 6% of natural insoluble pea fibre, which can trap swallowed hair and carry it all the way through the digestive tract and into the faeces, thus greatly reducing the incidence of vomited hairballs.
It is a complete hypo-allergenic dry food with selected protein source (turkey) that is excellent for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances. A natural prebiotic, chicory extract, is added to support digestive health along with an essential amino acid, taurine, which supports many functions including eyes and heart. Made with natural ingredients with added vitamins and minerals and no added artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, it is a tasty complete food for your adult cat.
